CFS International is an Australian consultancy based in Sydney that provides international consulting services for:

• CNG technical and safety training courses.
• Audits of regulatory compliance and safety of CNG vehicles, workshops and refuelling stations.
• Compressed natural gas (CNG) systems for natural gas vehicles (NGV).
• CNG standards, cylinder design verification, refuelling station performance, accident investigation, feasibility of CNG vehicle refuelling projects and CNG safety.
• Energy and environmental management under the Australian National Greenhouse Energy Reporting (NGER) Act and the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS).

The Principal Consultant, Dr Hien Ly, is recognised both nationally and internationally for his experience and established expertise in compressed natural gas for vehicles. Dr Ly provides training workshops on CNG vehicles, refuelling, cylinders and safety, as well as providing safety audits, incident investigations and management plans to fleet operators.
